Screen Printing, But Easier!
LADOPRIME stands for LAser-DOtted PRInting MEsh and is an open-source screen printing system that takes a different approach to stencil creation.
Instead of coating screens with photo emulsions, exposing them to UV light, and waiting through multiple preparation steps, LADOPRIME creates reusable stencil films directly with a laser.
The workflow is simple:
Design → Laser → Stretch → Print.
The desired design is processed with the LADOPRIME software, a PET film is placed onto a nail bed, engraved and cut by a laser, stretched onto a reusable frame and here you go: you are ready to print!
The result is a streamlined workflow focused on what matters most: creating designs and printing them.
Faster.
From digital design to ready-to-print stencil in a streamlined workflow.
Reusable.
Reusable stencil films and repeatable positioning designed for practical everyday use.
Cleaner.
No photo emulsions. No UV exposure units. No unnecessary chemistry.
Open Source.
LADOPRIME is being developed as an open-source project. Software, hardware, and documentation will be released openly so the community can use, modify, improve, and share the system.
It started with a simple question:
Can screen printing be easier?
LADOPRIME is my answer!
